IMPROVED IRRIGATION

This farmer has installed a small sprinker system in his field. It uses less water than the old way in which they flood the field. This also means he has a source of electricity which is a good sign as conditions are steadly improving across the country.

    Is the electricity expensive over there like it is in Texas?

    There is free electricty and then there is no electricity unless you have a generator. Paying for something seems to be a foriegn concept not easily implimented in this culture. Remember this was a ditatorship for the past 30 years.
