TEA TIME IN IRAQ
One of the customs I enjoy when visting with the Iraqi people is that they will offer you hot tea to drink. This is a good sign and I most always accept. The tea is always served in a little cup or small glass. Of course coming from West Texas we love our tea too except we like it with lots of ice and in a big glass...

And pre-sweetened, as I recall. (the tea in Texas)
I once had a nice Iraqi ex-pat tell me that the hot tea was her secret to staying slim -- doesn't work for me!
